'Avengers: Age of Ultron' shows two unique types of leadership

Forget Paul Bunyan and in addition George Washington and the cherry plant. Now American mythology belongs to superheroes. Theirs are the stories that acte what we fear, what we want and in addition who we aspire to be. A fellow from flyover country who can in essence fly. "Avengers: Age of Ultron" continues the tradition of cartel a metaphorical mirror up to their particular audience. Where the first "Avengers" involved teamwork, "Ultron" is about leadership. Each intra-Avengers tension, as in the first silver screen, comes mostly from Captain Orient (Steve Rogers (Chris Evans)) and in addition Iron Man phone case (Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr. )). The differences at approximatly Rogers' clean-cut seriousness and Stark's mega-rich snarkiness have always been evident. "Ultron" recognizes that lasting leaders can be powerful threats, regardless of whether you may not they don't intend to be. The coverage the Avengers provide is also innately dangerous. People look up to them to get safety; people fear them only when they show up buildings start sliding down. It's beginning to dawn through the heroes that they can never, ever perform their duties perfectly. Even when they win, the public will die. And Rogers and in addition Stark have very different ideas showing how high the cost of winning should conquer.

The film isn't an after-school special about how, if we all give your little, everyone ends up happy, only we all know that's crap. The real expense of compromise is that everyone ends up far from entirely unhappy, which is better than a family trying so hard to build up their impression that they don't notice the world attached is crumbling. Even the baddie's past plan is (almost too perfectly) set up to pit Rogers and in addition Stark against one another; they resuscitate the day with an imperfect solution, visited by imperfect men who are looking for a way protect an imperfect world.

Management in "Ultron" isn't defined at how much power one person can use: It's about how much someone has the potential to bend to make sure everything doesn't break-up period.
