'Hello! ' Curators to Speak at JANM

HELLO KITTY iPhone 6 Case Happy Kitty

With the exhibition "Hello! Exploring the Supercute Major Hello Kitty case, " curators Jamie Rivadeneira and Christine Yano will most certainly discuss Hello Kitty and his place in Japan's kawaii (cute) heritage on Saturday, April 18, at double p. m. at the Japanese On the National Museum, 100 N. Primary Ave. in Little Tokyo.

Yano is the author of "Pink Internationalization: Hello Kitty's Trek Across the Off-shore. " Rivadeneira is the founder and as a result owner of the Los Angeles pop heritage boutique JapanLA.

Free for recruits, $5 general. Also free by "Hello! " admission.
