If you want selection 2011-year man of the industry, Lei is one. In July of that year, Lei to kingsoft Internet security does dowry, Tencent introduced as strategic investment partners in Jinshan, Jinshan's largest individual shareholder, and identity from Qiu bojun took wand of kingsoft's Chairman.
Almost at the same time, Lei announced his second high profile xiaomi, ranging from phone chat, MIUI and m layout, xiaomi targeting Chinese Apple such a position. Although Lei microblog that Steve jobs is God, he could not learn, but how many there are today's Lei in 1997 back to the smell of Apple's Steve jobs, coincidentally, in 1997, back to Apple's Steve jobs, 42, and 2011 Lei is 42 years old.
More coincidence, Lei and like jobs, upon the resumption of the new stars are at hand in hand, and the return of company reputation far exceeds its market performance before the excellent company, Golden Hill for a long time, China is the United States much admired Trump companies such as Apple.

Overnight, had to stay away from, even in the eyes of many Lei back have begun to retire.
Lei more than once and I described and other friends he was reluctant to put down, think is normal, added from 1992 to the end of 2007 left, Lei June 16 years as one day, fought the wind and rain all the way over, paying more than hard work. However, he was at the end of 2007 put the once brought him glory and dream of kingsoft CEO throne.
But it was put down to make Lei get new life.
At an election party in the Lei had published his life of 40 years of reflections: when I was 40, I realized, is not pushing stone wangshan go, this will be very tired, and rolling stone will be on the mountain at any time to play, you want to do is, first climbed to the top, literally kicking stones.
This passage was later Lei themselves into standing in the air, pigs can fly.
Lei know homeopathy for life law Lei enjoys skiing, winter go skiing every year; Qiu bojun like, shareholders of the old asking for even a ski area in Beijing, because the relationship between the two of them, Golden Hill by senior executives of sport is skiing. Ski is to climb to the heights, then rushed down from the top, eventually campaign for a smooth landing. iPhone 6 plus case Givenchy
Issue is Lei and put it down.
Lei began to hope that programmers make, and he had this talent, was also a well-known encryption software author of yellow roses, he joined the Golden Hill in 1992, in large part because the want to be second Qiu bojun, but Pangu component failure was ruined by Lei, Lei even left the gold mountain.
Half a year later returned to Jinshan Jinshan Lei restructuring Beijing, Zhuhai, Beijing kingsoft kingsoft has 40% shares, Lei himself has 40% shares, 20% stock holders is a close friend of Lei Wang of the national, has known Wang Quanguo Lei in College, according to Lei's words, he being the King of the national child labour. After Lei joined Jinshan, also national recommendations into Wang Jinshan.
On that occasion, Lei was going to put down, but still does not fit, so choose and Jinshan closer, their greater free space cooperation, however, under the double pressure of Microsoft and piracy, Lei and his Beijing kingsoft does not achieve expectations. In August 1998, the founding shareholders in Jinshan, another spin under the good offices of the Dragon, Lenovo injected kingsoft, Beijing kingsoft was merged back into kingsoft, Lei became reorganized kingsoft's General Manager. A year later, storm was relieved by kingsoft red genuine Lenovo software Department may, stabilize the Lei is kingsoft's General Manager position. However, has been trying to forge ahead at the Lei did not win the big splash leap, this time, kingsoft attempt to gem, Board, NASDAQ capital market in the Mainland, culminating in the fall of 2007 listed on the main Board of Hong Kong.
However, in this case supposedly accomplished Lei found that more than half did, the brothers were more successful than he. It is clear, and personal qualities, but not necessarily related, such as Ma indeed eloquent, but Lei is also not bad, MA is a top product manager, Lei is the best one, Li is good at engineering team, but Lei in Jinshan also team with thousands of engineers.
It seems, God this sentence isn't right, Lei is recognized as model workers in Zhongguancun, one that even the most diligent. Lei gave me times shows off his alarm clock, no matter how late, 8 points, he's going to get out of, you know, Lei sleep is actually very well, he has a mild nervous breakdown.
Lei finally found that only let go of, to redevelop.
So, step down from kingsoft CEO Lei, began angel investing. This time, luck seems to side with the Lei in just three years, Lei became the most successful angel investors in China, whether for every guest, UCweb, play more, Lucia Lacarra investment classic, these companies are soon to be of the order of $ 1 billion, and Lei was first involved in founding of Jinshan, at the peak of us $ 1 billion in market value.
Jin Shan Lei Lei was one of the angels, but why show it?
Lei, who know him and know his will said, Lei is smart, diligent, strong, a person should be smart, but not too smart, too talented subordinates were tired, a man has to work hard, but not too hard, too hard to let myself very tired, a man should be strong, but not too strong, too strong to let the boss very tired.
Lei investment still smart, hardworking, strong, but an angel investment characteristics of Lei is not too smart, largely up to entrepreneurs to Epiphany, or too hard, hard work is up on the Board meeting, but not too strong, angel investment is, after all, the co-pilot, and sometimes even just a cheerleader.
Lei and let go, let yourself completely turned around.
Let go, in fact, is to make yourself clear. Before leaving Jinshan Lei, or too full, Golden Hill and not under the full control of, but he thinks stinks, so their words have not struggled, but look down on Lei for Jinshan abandoned off the the entire forest only.
Today's Lei once again cleared, cleaned up the past is itself as angel investors, and turned to the second. This is undoubtedly a greater risk, because, even if successful, it's hard to get much applause, it should be; but when they fail, won't let Lei beyond redemption, but accumulated before the Lei's reputation is down the drain.
However, rather than a career dream, what does this signify? And what is not letting go of it?
Fame and hard work are clouds, is important because the great dream, but dream is filled with, fame and fortune to put down those unreal.
Lei down, put down the Lei is quite something to look forward to.
